Refund and Returns Policy

At RevivaSpring, we care deeply about your experience and want every purchase to feel like a moment of self-care and joy. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible return and refund policy for customers worldwide. You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the day your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused, unopened condition, with all original packaging, seals, protective wraps, labels, and components intact. Products must not show any signs of use, wear, or tampering. Returns should be initiated by contacting our customer care team at help@revivaspring.fun, providing your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason. Once your return is approved, we will send detailed instructions including the return address. Returned items must be shipped with a trackable and secure delivery service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return parcels. Unless the product is faulty or the result of our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive your return and complete an inspection, refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days and issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect. For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any opened, used, or unsealed bath and body products, personalized or customized items, promotional kits, or any products clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and include clear photographs of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or send a free replacement based on your preference and product availability. We ship to all regions globally, and while we accept international returns, please be aware that customers outside the European Union may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees associated with returning goods across borders. These charges are not covered or reimbursed by RevivaSpring. We encourage all international customers to consult their local customs office prior to shipping any returns.
